Our policies

These policies explain how we work with families, homeschool settings and preschools. They apply to our services alongside the details in your written agreement. Asking a question does not start a paid service or authorize a charge.

We explain the scope and total price before you commit. You can end a standard monthly membership without a cancellation fee. Materials are rented and normally exchanged every 6–8 weeks; ordinary wear is part of using them.
