Using the website
We aim to make our content readable and usable with keyboards, screen readers, mobile devices and browser zoom. The site supports reduced motion and includes a control to pause decorative animation. Policies can be read without submitting information and printed through your browser.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We do not claim that every device, assistive technology or third-party service will behave identically, or that a certification has been awarded.

For an in-person consultation or service, tell us about access or communication needs in advance. We discuss reasonable accommodations and practical alternatives without requiring optional marketing permission or unnecessarily collecting medical information.
Report a barrier
We welcome reports about unclear labels, difficult navigation, unreadable content or inaccessible interactions. We acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and explain the next step or available alternative. Urgent safety issues should be directed to appropriate emergency services.
